Do I need experience to start?
No. Beginners are welcome. We’ll teach you the basics and help you build from there.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes. Shorts and a T-shirt are fine. Bring water and a towel.
Do I need gloves or gear right away?
Not for your first class. We’ll let you know what gear you’ll need as you continue training.
Is Muay Thai good for fitness?
Yes. Muay Thai builds cardio, strength, coordination, confidence, and discipline.
Will I have to spar?
No. Sparring is not required for beginners. You’ll only spar when you’re ready and approved by a coach.
Are classes safe for beginners?
Yes. We focus on proper technique, control, and smart training. Coaches keep the class structured and safe.
What ages do you train?
We offer training for both adults and youth. Contact us for the current age requirements and class options.

How often should I train?
Two to three times per week is a great start. Consistency matters more than going hard right away.
